Breast milk

Breast milk is a complete food for the newborn and we all know this and we have all taken milk in one form or another (breast milk first and then cow's milk). Breast milk is irreplaceable. Normally, breast milk should be the exclusive food of the newborn for at least the first three months, unless there is a very serious contraindication (HIV-positive mother, very sick mother, alcoholic or smoking mother, etc.) God has placed milk in the young mother's breasts for this. Before being a high place of excitement and seduction, the breast is first made to supply milk to your newborn baby.

The mother must give her milk to her baby and kidney else. Breastfed babies are more immune than bottle-fed babies. Breastfeeding will not do any harm to your breasts, on the contrary, it firms your breasts and increases love on both sides (maternal love and filial love). The baby will be fine and grow well without too many minor illnesses. The milk of each mammal is intended exclusively for its newborn because the ferment which curdles and facilitates the digestion of milk varies from one mammal to another. Thus cow's milk is intended for the calf and not for the newborn human, goat's milk is intended for the lamb, and so on, each according to its category. It is common to see babies subjected early to cow's milk or other milk, to have attacks of diarrhea, vomiting, bloating, stomach aches for a while before their body willy-nilly tolerate the milk that they are given. is imposed. This is normal, because although cow's milk is apparently close to breast milk, it is not breast milk. It is a deceptive appearance. The two milks are very different and intended for two very different entities. It is not the same ferment that curdles the two milks to facilitate their digestion. Indeed, cow's milk is the natural food intended for the calf, whose stomach or abomasum is equipped to curdle the milk, the most important phase in the digestion of this food. Initially, cow's milk is not intended for human infants, who digest mother's milk intended for them more easily.

The first milk of the young mother, called colostrum (yellowish in color), is very rich in proteins and antibodies essential for the immunization of the newborn. Colostrum is also considered the first food to enter the digestive tract after birth and no product can replace it. Mothers must therefore practice exclusive breastfeeding for the first three months unless special dispensation from the gynecologist, the health of their baby depends on it. Your child will be resistant with fewer illnesses (colds, coughs, fever, diarrhea, etc.).

Do not think that breastfeeding has negative effects for your breasts. God put the milk in your breasts at this exact moment in your life for this. Eat well and breastfeed your babies properly. The Lord is watching over you. Courage and no worries. May God bless all mothers in general and those who breastfeed their babies properly in particular.
