1. Purpose of the GTC
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sale health products and training offered by the NGO Afrique-Santé-Bio (ASB) or Africtisane. They shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by the seller. The NGO reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale at any time without notice: the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer via our website. 4-The transport of your package
Deliveries are made to the full address with a telephone number given by the customer.
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. The method of shipping depends on the will of each customer. There are three or four possibilities for each subsequent customer its location:

-Mailing at 30 euros for a weight between 10 and 500g. Receipt in approximately 14 days
-Sent by EMS at 80 euros for a weight between 10 and 500g. Reception in 7 days.
Shipped by DHL at 130 euros for a weight between 10 and 500g. Receipt in 4 days
Sent by road at 5000 f cfa for the countries bordering Benin. Receive in 48 hours

Shipping costs include health inspection and shipping costs. Indeed, all products shipped are subject to a rigorous health check before they are shipped.

5-Entry into Force and Duration
These general terms and conditions come into force as soon as the consumer validates the order or purchases an ASB product. They shall be concluded for the period necessary for the supply of the goods and services contracted until the expiry of the guarantees due from the NGO. The consumer has a duty to read and understand the package leaflet of the purchased product before its use.
6-Product Information
-ASB presents on its sites (www.africbio.com; www.africtisane.net; www.asbformation) the natural health products for sale with the characteristics necessary to comply with article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides the possibility for the potential consumer to know before ordering the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to buy. Everything is explained and we have nothing to hide. Some products have specific training associated with them, but you don't have to sign up or sign up for the training because each product comes with the instructions for use, images and videos in some cases. Training programs are independent of the products purchased. The NGO reserves the right to register certain clients.
-Our primary concern is to provide products that are cheap, efficient and accessible to all. 7- Price
Prices are indicated in euros and are only valid on the date of the order by the consumer. When VAT is applicable, the prices take into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Shipping costs are of course the responsibility of the buyer who has to take them into account in his order.
The NGO reserves the right to change its prices at any time: the products and services are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order subject to availability.

8- Order
To purchase an ASB product or service online through the site
-Must be follow the online ordering process which includes an identification phase, a verification and validation phase of the chosen products and services, a phase of payment under the expected conditions and a phase of confirmation of the order and the payment. Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of the present conditions of sale, recognition of full knowledge thereof and the waiver to invoke its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided as well as the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction. The seller will send by e-mail confirmation of the registered order which will constitute acceptance of the order.

9- Methods of Payment
The price is payable on order by western union, money gram, paypal or other secure money transfer method. We accept as a priority the western union payment method, money gram, express mandate, etc. PayPal is well accepted, and it's a secure payment method that benefits the consumer, in the sense that we pay the transaction fees. ASB reserves the right to suspend dispatch in case of non-payment.

The Center Afrique-Santé-Bio is not responsible for any failure to perform the contract in a case of force majeure (strike, fire, cancelation of flight, customs, etc.).
